Howdy! I’m Amy — a horse trainer living and working on a busy horse ranch that’s also a hunting lodge and Airbnb. There is never a dull moment here, and when I’m not in the saddle or helping guests, I like to raise a litter of puppies each year. Although my Keesenjis made their first debut in December 2024, I’m no stranger to raising puppies. I began raising German Shepherds back in 2018 as part of my family’s breeding program — one that’s been going strong for over 25 years! There are 12 of us in my family, and with a crew that size, there’s never a shortage of helping hands for socializing puppies. Around here, our puppies get to experience all sorts of new sights and sounds, helping them grow into confident, well-adjusted adults who will be great additions to their new families.
